About the Charity
At Citizens Advice Swale we provide free, confidential and impartial advice, and we campaign on big issues affecting people’s lives – our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face.
What our donation will help fund
The donation will be used to deliver advice across Faversham, Sheppey, Sittingbourne and surrounding areas: in person, online and over the phone.
In 2021/22 we advised 3,600 clients in Swale on 15,200 issues. As an independent charity we rely on donations and grants in order to change the lives of people in need in our community. In 2021/22 every £1 invested in Citizens Advice Swale was worth £15.79 in value to the people we helped, or £30.06 in public value. The smallest contribution really can make a big difference and will enable us to continue to help those in need.
