What our grant will help to fund
English Heritage cares for the National Heritage Collection of over 420 historic sites and over one million historic objects. To ensure the legacy of our work, our specialist Climate & Sustainability Team consider how climate change is impacting our collective heritage today, helping us prepare for the future.
This work informs vital adaptations at the sites, protecting them for future generations to enjoy. The grant from Movement for Good will help accelerate this work, enabling us to prioritise action across our estates, and improve our understanding of the impact of climate change upon heritage, to be shared widely across the sector.
