About the Charity

What our donation will help fund

The generous donation received through the awards will make a huge difference to our charity as we continue to care for, treat and feed hundreds of seasonal bird and mammal casualties. We are currently going through our busiest time of year with orphaned hoglets, injured garden birds and sick owls amongst the most recent admissions.

Being a well-respected source of wildlife casualty care and knowledge, Brent Lodge Wildlife Hospital assists local vets, RSPCA inspectors, members of the public and Wildlife Police Officers. We play a vital role in mitigating many of the issues surrounding wildlife casualties – focusing on wildlife rehabilitation, conservation, education, and community engagement.

“We are thrilled that our supporters nominated us and recognised the need to help us care for wildlife. Our website and social media appeal for support was a great success and helped to generate lots of nominations. We are thrilled to be selected and receive a donation, so we can contribute towards the UK’s efforts to conserve precious wildlife.”
