Finalists announced!
Supporting charities is what drives us at the Benefact Group, so we are thrilled to launch our new awards, dedicated to celebrating and supporting the brilliant charities who work tirelessly to make positive change.
Thank you to all the charities who entered the awards – our judges enjoyed reading so many brilliant stories.

The Awards 2024
In this inaugural year, we’ll be recognising those who have made a significant contribution in the categories shown below. Each award is supported by a business in our Group1.
Volunteer of the year
Judges will be looking for volunteers who have gone over and above, making positive impact for charities, dedicating their time and energy to a great cause.
Climate action project
Judges will be looking for charities which have inspired and motivated action to tackle the climate crisis.
Local community initiative
Judges will be looking for a project which has reached the heart of a local community to tackle a local issue.
Digital fundraising initiative
Judges will be looking for inspiring digital fundraising which has created new sources of income and motivated supporters.
Small charity, big impact
Judges would like to hear from a small charity (with a turnover of less than £1m) who made a big impact.
Charity leader of the year
Judges will be looking for a charity CEO or other senior leader who is a role model for others by championing a cause and inspiring change.
Colleagues’ choice
Benefact Group colleagues will be able to vote for their favourite charity from those presented by our very own ‘Giving Superstars’ (employees who have gone over and above supporting their favourite causes).
A winning event
Finalists will be invited to a lunchtime awards event on November 28th within the walls of the iconic Tower of London where the winners and runners-up in each category will be announced. Our guests will also have the opportunity to celebrate and connect with fellow changemakers and hear from industry experts.
We will be inviting two people from each shortlisted charity to attend the awards luncheon.
The prizes:
Winning charities in each category will win £5,000.
Runners up in each category will win £1,000.
