Registered Charity Number: 1182468

About the charity

To Promote for the Public Benefit the preservation, care and improvement of Farsley Rehoboth Burial Ground as a place of Historic and Ecological importance for the local communities.

What our donation will help fund

We are reclaiming and renovating a 250-year-old burial ground in Farsley, Leeds. This is a historic walled site of two acres located on a steep wooded slope. For decades it was inaccessible and suffered massive neglect. Our charity purchased the Rehoboth in 2019 and has worked continuously since including maintaining Commonwealth War Graves. All volunteers and Trustees are unpaid. Your support will enable us to continue our work.

Your donation will fund tools, equipment and building materials for our ongoing work. Our volunteers work on three days a week and have invested 21,000 hours of work since May 2019.
