About the Charity
We organise fundraising events to bring the school community together and raise vital funds for Chalfont St Giles Infant School and Nursery.
What our donation will help fund
The PTA are delighted to receive a donation from Movement for Good. Each year, we raise funds that support small and large projects across the whole school, aiming to enhance the education and school experience for all 210 students.
Each class receives a fund that the teacher can use at their discretion to buy much needed classroom supplies, we help subsidise the annual pantomime visit, we support the funding of Learning Support Assistants, we purchased new mini white boards and pens for each child to support phonics learning and have purchased hundreds of new books from the schools children reading scheme.
This donation will be put towards our big fundraising project for this year; providing the money to build a shelter over the section of the playground next to our reception classes. This will be used by the whole school for additional outside learning and play.
