The CTA (Community Transport Association) is a member-led charity supporting organisations delivering Community Transport services across the UK.
What our grant will help to fund
The grant will go towards transforming the content for our national training scheme for drivers supporting passengers with additional needs. The new accessible content will take an innovative and person-centred approach to supporting disabled people, working towards an inclusive society, particularly in terms of travel. When it is launched next Spring, the training will impact the lives of hundreds of disabled people who make their journeys via Community Transport.
