We are an evening drop-in for Street Homeless people in Manchester.
What our donation will help fund
This funding will enable us to continue to provide exceptional person-centred care and open-up new opportunities for the young people we support.
halow project work to help each young person to achieve their independence goals. This could include building relationships, becoming part of their community, finding meaningful employment, or having a home of their own. As we expand our work from Guildford into Woking, funding like this means we are able to support even more young people with learning disabilities and build relationships with new areas across Surrey to give the best guidance possible.
With your support, more young people with a learning disability can feel confident and independent.
