The Civic, Holmfirth is run as a charity by Holmfirth Civic Hall Community Trust, it is a community building, run in our community, by our community and for our community.
What our donation will help fund
The aim of the Trust is to secure the future of The Civic as a community asset for the long term, to benefit and support the people of Holmfirth and surrounding areas. The building is large, and it is old, so heating and lighting costs are high under normal circumstances, with energy costs escalating we want to shield users of the building as much as possible from those increasing costs and so the support received will contribute and is very welcome.
