About the Charity
Safe Haven for Donkeys in the Holy Land provides critical care for working and abandoned donkeys, mules and horses in Israel, the West Bank and the El Saf brick kilns of Egypt.
What our donation will help fund
Safe Haven for Donkeys in the Holy Land has three mobile clinics in the West Bank. These clinics visit towns and villages across the West Bank, treating hundreds of working animals every week – wound care, hoof care and so much more. Our dedicated teams also provide support and animal welfare education for the owners who rely on their animals to be able to provide for their families.
This wonderful £5,000 donation from the Benefact Group will pay for the running costs of these three clinics for a month, enabling hundreds of donkeys, mules and horses to be free from pain and suffering.
