About the Charity
The Sheffield Steelkings Para Ice Hockey Club is an inclusive organisation that enables people from all backgrounds to take part in a fast paced, highly skilled, physically demanding team sport.
What our donation will help fund
This donation will enable us to cover the cost of ice rental for a month, but it’s more than that. It allows our members to work hard together in a safe space, train to be competitive in British Para Ice Hockey and also helps their mental and physical health too.
The club is a mix of people from all backgrounds and disabilities that come together to form one big Steelkings family. And we are very grateful to receive this Movement for Good award.
