Suffolk Mind is an independent mental health charity serving the county with various services and its mission is to make Suffolk the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental health.
What our donation will help fund
This £1,000 award from Benefact Group is an amazing amount of money that could do so much for Suffolk Mind, including the funding of our vital Helpline, which receives more than 100 calls or emails a day from those needing support.
£1,000 could fund this service for an entire week, ensuring we are there to talk to more than 500 people who call or email in.
