About the Charity
Hampshire Food Revolution is a not for profit, organisation, set-up to reduce food waste by taking donations of food from retailers that is no longer saleable but still perfectly usable and safe to eat. The food is then used to help families that are struggling.
What our donation will help fund
Anyone can access our service. We ring fence the first parcels for those families who are struggling. They can access it once a week for as long as they need. The rest, as it’s classed as food waste, we can sell at next to nothing helping families reduce costs, whilst also preventing landfill and waste.
Your £1,000 donation will help us support more families, providing 5 weeks supply of milk, cheese, and other fresh supplies for those most in need.
