Our Giving starts with our people.

MyGiving is our colleague driven programme, where our employees can directly support causes that are important to them. No matter how a colleague wants to give – be it time or money – they’re backed by the Benefact Group.

Through MyGiving, we gave over £800,000 to good causes in 2025.

Employees are backed to give in four key ways

Personal Grants

Every employee of Benefact Group gets a £200 personal grant to give to good causes they care about. Through givestar, employees can select which charities they’d like their £200 personal grant to go towards.

100% matched fundraising

We match every penny of employee fundraising (up to £5,000 per event). From marathons to bake sales, the hard work of fundraising efforts reap twice the reward with fundraising matching.

100% matched Payroll giving

100% matched payroll giving is offered by most businesses across our Group. Eligible monthly donations made by an employee through payroll giving is doubled by Benefact Group, so more goes to good causes.

Volunteering

All employees are encouraged to take at least a day a year to practically support a cause. And that’s just the start – we back skills based and long-term volunteering too, supporting our people however they volunteer. We’re proud to have been awarded The UK Diamond standard for payroll giving.
