Every employee of Benefact Group gets given a £100 grant, that they can distribute to any good cause or charity they’d like. And £100 is just the start – we’ll add another £100 to an employee’s pot if they volunteer, plus another £100 if the charity supported is a customer of the Group; and if an employee has a product or service with the Group, another £100 is added.
Our Giving starts with our people. MyGiving is our colleague driven programme, where our employees can directly support causes that are important to them. No matter how a colleague wants to give – be it time or money – they’re backed by the Benefact Group.
Through MyGiving, we give over £500,000 to charities and good causes every year.
The Big Give Back – 3 to 7 June
This year we’re giving nature a helping hand with many Group-wide initiatives including our Big Litter Pick, volunteering and charity visits.
Every business and colleague in the Group has the opportunity to get involved and we’re keeping a daily tally of time donated.

Employees are backed to give in four key ways
Personal Grants
100% matched fundraising
We match every penny of employee fundraising (up to £5,000 per event). From marathons to bake sales, the hard work of fundraising efforts reap twice the reward with fundraising matching.
100% matched Payroll giving
100% matched payroll giving is offered by most businesses across our Group. Eligible monthly donations made by an employee through payroll giving is doubled by Benefact Group, so more goes to good causes. We’re proud to have been awarded The UK Diamond standard for payroll giving.
Volunteering
All employees are encouraged to take at least a day a year to practically support a cause. And that’s just the start – we back skills based and long-term volunteering too, supporting our people however they volunteer.
We recognise the superstars across our Group who go the extra mile for charity.
People like Gemma, a business account and super-fundraiser who is running four marathons in all the Group’s territories – the UK, Ireland, Canada and Australia.
People like Colin, who has raised over £90,000 for Derian House Children’s Hospice!
